live a pain free life
In today’s world, the benefits of Chiropractic and Wellness Care are not just for people who are suffering from back or neck pain due to accident or injury. In our 20 years of experience, we’ve discovered that families with busy parents and active children, athletes and weekend warriors who may be active golfers, runners, surfers or paddle-boarders, etc., will benefit from the enhanced pain free performance achieved by regular chiropractic and wellness care.
Additionally, Chiropractic care helps to reduce the number of injuries received by over-stressed physical activity. If injuries do occur, they are likely to be of a less serious nature and have been proven to heal in a faster time frame than those sustained without regular chiropractic care.
“Best decision I ever made was walking into their office. Suffered from mid back tightness for years and doctor's told me surgery was the only answer. Dr. Scott and Dr. Jennifer diagnosed the problem and removed years of scar tissue and bad muscle memory to relieve the pain.”

“Is such a welcoming place and highly, highly recommend. It will be one of the best decisions you make.”
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! We accept every major insurance provider – however we will need to verify that your services are covered.
After a consultation and exam, the doctor will determine if you may benefit from chiropractic care. If so, you will be adjusted in an open bay area on a comfortable adjustment table made specifically for this purpose. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your visit, so we recommend you wear non-restrictive clothing to make it easier to rest comfortably while lying down on the table. A portion of your adjustment may be performed while you are face down, while other adjustments may be delivered while you are either on your side, sitting upright or lying on your back.
This all depends on the length and severity of your condition, however, most first visits may last as much as 30 minutes. Follow-up visits are much less, often as little as 15 minutes.
At the end of your first visit, your doctor will determine the best course of treatment for your specific needs. The frequency in which you receive chiropractic care is strictly up to the professional judgment of the Doctor of Chiropractic and will vary from individual to individual depending on your presenting condition and overall goals. Just as regular visits to the dentist are necessary for good dental hygiene, routine visits to a Doctor of Chiropractic are also important for proper spinal function and health maintenance.
Our chiropractors treat patients by delivering a chiropractic adjustment. If, during the course of your exam, the doctor feels that care is contraindicated, you will be referred to the appropriate healthcare provider and/or facility.
Any reported soreness after an initial adjustment has been described as similar to that associated with starting a new exercise program. Drinking plenty of water, using an ice pack, and engaging in light stretching after your first visit can help ease any discomfort to promote healing.
