OUR STORY

A Practice Built Together

Drs. Scott and Jennifer Waddell built Waddell Wellness & Performance around a shared belief that excellent care begins with understanding the individual. After more than three decades each in practice, they have learned that meaningful progress often starts by listening carefully, evaluating thoroughly and creating a plan around the person rather than simply the diagnosis.

Their careers have evolved alongside advances in chiropractic care, movement, neurological assessment, health and performance. Along the way, they have continued refining how they evaluate patients, communicate what they find and help people build greater resilience, mobility and confidence in their bodies.

Today, Waddell Wellness & Performance brings their experience together in an intentionally personal, doctor-led practice. Their goal is not simply to help patients feel better in the moment, but to help them stay active, capable and engaged in the lives they want to live.

CHIROPRACTIC IS THE FOUNDATION.

WELLNESS IS THE STRATEGY.

PERFORMANCE IS THE GOAL.

DR. JENNIFER WADDELL

Jennifer Waddell, D.C.

Chiropractic Care · Women’s Midlife Health

Dr. Jennifer Waddell’s path into chiropractic began with a longstanding interest in health, movement and how the body functions. She graduated from Life Chiropractic College in 1987 and has spent more than three decades helping patients take a more active role in their health.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has emphasized individualized care rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Her chiropractic work incorporates careful evaluation, instrument-assisted techniques when appropriate, patient education and practical strategies patients can use outside the office.

As her interests and clinical experience evolved, Jennifer developed an increasing focus on women navigating midlife. She became particularly interested in the changes women often experience in energy, body composition, sleep, recovery, nutrition and the way their bodies respond to habits that may have worked well earlier in life.

That interest ultimately led her to create Midlife Rewired, a 12-week whole-health program designed to help women build practical, sustainable strategies around nutrition, movement, strength, sleep, recovery and lifestyle.

Spinal Optimization · Sports Performance

Dr. Scott Waddell’s interest in chiropractic began very personally. While playing college football, he experienced a significant neck injury that produced radiating arm pain and prevented him from playing.

Chiropractic care helped him return to playing after just a handful of treatments, and the experience stayed with him. After beginning his professional life in business, Scott ultimately changed direction and entered Palmer College - West, graduating with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1992.

More than three decades later, his approach has evolved toward comprehensive spinal care, neurological evaluation and long-term spinal optimization. He works with health-conscious adults, active patients and athletes who want to maintain mobility, function and the ability to keep doing the things they enjoy.

His care may incorporate manual and instrument-assisted adjusting, spinal and postural evaluation, corrective and home-care strategies, and advanced extremity adjusting involving areas such as the shoulder, wrist, TMJ/jaw and foot or ankle when clinically appropriate. His work with professional, Olympic and competitive athletes has also reinforced his emphasis on precision, movement, durability and long-term performance.

ONE SHARED APPROACH

Two Doctors. One Practice Philosophy.

Drs. Scott and Jennifer Waddell bring different strengths and areas of focus to Waddell Wellness, but their approach

is grounded in the same principles: evaluate carefully, explain what they find, individualize the care and help

patients become active participants in their own health.

Some patients work primarily with one doctor, while others may benefit from the perspective of both. Because the practice remains intentionally small and doctor-led, communication stays direct and Dr. Scott and Dr. Jennifer remain personally involved throughout the patient experience.
